I'm thrilled to be performing in the Cleveland Public Theatre world premiere of American Dreams by Leila Buck and directed by Tamilla Woodard. American Dreams invites the audience into the live studio audience of the newest hit gameshow which grants the winning player the ultimate prize: citizenship to the greatest country on earth. This unique show asks the audience to participate in the choosing of their next neighbor. I'm excited to rep my roots of Palestine as I play Palestinian chef and entrepreneur Adil Akram Mansour who is hoping for a shot to win citizenship into the United States. Previews begin February 8th, with the official opening on February 16th. The show runs through March 3rd. Tickets and more info can be found here!

I'm excited to jump into my first project of 2018 as I perform in a reading of a new play at NYU Tisch's Goldberg Theater. The play Drowning in Cairo is written by NYU Abu Dhabi dramatic writing student Adam Ashraf El-Sayigh and tells the story of three men growing up in Egypt coming to terms with their sexuality alongside a repressive government. The reading will take place on Monday January 15th at 2pm.
